Low Fodmap Diet Pack
Online or in-person, this approach is specifically used for sufferers of Irritable Bowel yndrome (IBS), functional diarrhoea, functional abdominal bloating, and other functional gut disorders (FGDs). A FODMAP diet is a 3 phased diet: elimination (2-6 weeks), reintroduction (6-8 weeks), and personalization (long-term). This package includes the first consultation and all the required follow-ups for the whole duration of the plan (usually 3-4 months). The goal is to find a balance between good symptom control and expansion of the diet
